In this role you will:
- Work together with a high-performing team to be the best that you can be
- Executes first in, first out model and makes sure it is followed by all.
- Tracks waste and store food according to Chick-fil-A procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation of all meals for the day with speed and accuracy.
- Prepares, cooks, assembles, and presents food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
- Prepares cold individual and catering menu items.
- Delivers portions that are correct and meets all weight and presentation expectations.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of your surroundings and assigned area.
- Works safely around kitchen equipment and reports any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.
- Completes all opening tasks as assigned.
- Protects the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level.
- Proactively pursues the certification process and looks for opportunities to be cross-trained.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Ensures your appearance is in compliance with the Handbook
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be available between the hours 5:30am - 11:30pm (Students 3:30pm - 11:30pm)
- Available to work a minimum of 18 hours required per week.
- Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A appearance and dress-code requirements.
