The COVID-19 Sampling Center Screener provides screening/running duties for the assigned GLBHC center. Completes COVID-19 screening procedures. Supports GLBHC sites in providing a team-based approach to care in the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Patient Centered Specialty Practice (PCSP) by performing duties as directed by GLBHC staff. Participates in assigned activities related to Quality Improvement.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate.
- Skilled in written and oral communication. Able to communicate effectively with diverse patient population.
- Accuracy in collection of written documentation.
- Interest in healthcare related career preferred.
