We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic candidate to join our team and provide service for our exclusive concierge lounge. Our concierge lounge offers guests a relaxing and upscale area to enjoy a complimentary breakfast, evening hors d'oeuvres, cocktail service or just a place to relax.
Be aware of guests in house with lounge access.
Practice good service etiquette, and anticipating guest needs.
Follow food and beverage menu standards.
Interact with guests in a respectful and polite manner, utilize the Service Culture training programs to effectively service the guest needs.
Fulfill the role of Concierge Lounge Attendant by ensuring that all guests receive an engaging welcome, first class service, and the most pleasant comfortable experience possible.
Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
Replenish food and beverage as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
Perform all assigned side work to include replenishing condiments and restocking service areas.
Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
Act as a concierge for both leisure and business activities - have knowledge of daily activities of hotel, promotions (hotel) and local interests.
Ability to attend to guests, associates and management in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner which requires strong customer service as well as written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating guest or operation needs.
Prior customer service experience required.
Prior Food and Beverage or other prior hospitality experience preferred.
