Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting the Director and Program Managers for Catapult Business Services by providing an exceptional experience to customers, sales, and internal partners. This position coordinates a variety of activities, processes, and projects to provide a blended product and service strategy that exceeds our customer's expectations.
Provides coordination on orders and projects working with internal Catapult team, sales, installers and internal Trendway teams
Utilizes Microsoft One drive to coordinate and capture customer project details
Provides order coordination and customer service on projects/orders from time of concept (bid) to project punch and warranty
Communicates the details of the order/project directly with the customer and other stakeholders
Participates in department team functions to openly share ideas regarding problem resolutions initiated to meet customer requirements
Answers and confirms customer inquiries regarding product pricing processes including GSA/state contracts, discount levels, direct bill terms and conditions, and special pricing requests
Works with Trendway accounting teams to prepare invoices to end users
Coordinates special shipping and freight requirements as needed
Conveys any dialogue to internal and external customers in a clear, accurate, and understandable method and documents communication to track messaging
Various other project coordination activities as needed
Associates Degree or years of equivalent experience
Systemic understanding of Trendway Corporation processes, procedures, products, and policies
High level understanding of Public Sector and National accounts is necessary
2 - 3 years of related customer service and project coordination experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
The ability to provide professional level (clear, timely, understandable, cooperative, factual) written and oral communication skills to external and internal customers
Proficiency in math skills is also required
Possesses the ability to multi-task and convey positive responses in an often-hectic work pace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to provide or convey positive response to an often-hectic work pace
Ability to be flexible and manage multiple priorities and quickly adapting to changes in the work environment
Ability to meet deadlines and ensure customer needs are met
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office programs
Ability to maintain a positive" can-do" attitude
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate within the entire distribution network
