Responsibilities
The Associate Director for Digital Health and Digital Transformation will be a key client delivery leader and solution thought leader within the firm. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading complex, strategic client consulting engagements for providers, payers, and healthcare disruptors. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of market trends across digital health, able to lead client engagements spanning virtual care and telehealth models, strategic patient access and digital front door solutions, and building comprehensive digital strategies for healthcare clients.
Job Description/Responsibilities: • Support end-to-end engagement sales cycle: proposal development, pitch conversations, project scoping, budget development, and client feedback for digital healthcare engagements • Serve as day-to-day client-facing lead, managing engagement team to deliver high quality, high value products in partnership with clients, on schedule and within budget • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, translating abstract client needs into logical framework that aligns client and engagement team on path to successfully execute engagement goals • Provide internal teams with clear direction, managing up and down across matrix to clearly communicate expectations, escalate and mitigate risks • Build relationships with client leaders to identify opportunities for add-on work and establish Guidehouse as go-to partner and trusted advisor • Act as internal solution owner and thought partner within the firm for digital health care and digital transformation solutions, providing SME to other engagements • Coordinate with key stakeholders across the firm • Enable sales team by creating value proposition and go-to-market strategy for digital transformation solutions with potential clients • Ability to translate industry news, trends, and market direction into market-facing solutions, continuously adapting digital transformation frameworks and approaches to best resonate with client's current needs • Invested in coaching and mentoring junior staff to build in-house expertise and support their professional development • Ability to manage several concurrent client projects alongside internal practice and solution management tasks
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from Accredited university
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare strategy consulting or 3+ healthcare strategy consulting and 5+ years healthcare industry • 3+ Yrs of experience leading and managing matrixed teams delivering complex deliverables • Experience organize and crisply and professionally present compelling content to executive audiences • 3+ yrs.Experience building scope, project plan, and budget for complex initiatives • Experience facilitating strategic conversations with clients • Demonstrated ability of building and designing analytic models in Excel via disparate data sources • Demonstrated ability to comfortably communicate complex topics visually in PowerPoint for different audiences
Preferred:
• Graduate degree in business or healthcare fields • Proven experience advising and designing innovative virtual care models, including clinical, operational, technical, and financial considerations

This position is open to candidate virtually from EST, CST, PST time zone as well as AZ, UT.
