Description
Liaison and specialist level partnership for the Compensation and HRIS teams.
Principal Responsibilities
Enter employee, pay, and job changes in UltiPro (salary changes, promos, etc.)
Manage new job creation, including developing job descriptions, assigning job code, maintaining HRIS and updating the job library.
Assist with Job Ladder development and market pricing.
Maintain data uploads to MarketPay.
Participate in salary surveys.
Respond to requests for ad hoc reports (typically single query reports without advanced design).
Create and manage routine support cases (adding location codes, code filter requests, general system questions).
Communicate application outages and scheduled maintenance as needed.
Maintain Archer ORM metrics for rolling turnover.
Manage contractor data in UltiPro and enter/Future date New Hires into UltiPro Core
Troubleshoot Time Management issues and act as needed.
Manage payroll requests, routine imports/exports, and requests for resetting passwords.
Respond to audit requests/entitlement review from IT/Security and 3rd Party Risk Periodic Review for UKG
General system updates/changes.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Typically requires a minimum of five years of related experience.
Previous comp and/or HRIS experience preferred.
Education/Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
