GENERAL SUMMARY:
Works in collaboration with CMN department leadership to manage and facilitate specific aspects of the Children's Miracle Network program, including but not limited to, corporate partner management, corporate partner fundraising, as well as event management, volunteer management, and detailed record keeping for each corporate partner and program this position manages.
Reports to the Director CMN.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Assist corporate sponsors in executing their fundraising and promotional campaigns.
Maintain corporate partner and program records.
This role will include a digital marketing and fundraising focus along with corporate partner management and will entail writing engaging blog articles and social media posts, as well as managing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
The qualified candidate will have 3-5 years direct experience writing social posts/blogs and managing social media campaigns with proven results of fundraising success.
The qualified candidate will have proven success in significantly increasing followers on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.
STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum three years sales and direct fundraising experience required. Minimum two years' experience outside sales experience.
Other Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher
Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with major donors, volunteers, team members and hospital administrator.
Availability to work some evening and weekends when CMN, corporate partners and foundation events require.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
