Remote Customer Service Rep

Randstad is supporting Whirlpool to find candidates who are passionate about helping their business and enjoy working in a fast paced, award winning environment. As a virtual Customer Service Representative working for Randstad at Whirlpool Consumer Services, you will support our consumers and internal process partners via phone, chat, email. These interactions range from scheduling service appointments to placing orders and scheduling deliveries for the world leader in kitchen and laundry appliances with brands including Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Amana as well as other major brand names in more than 170 countries around the world.
Working Hours: Willing to work a 40-hour/week work schedule. Our ideal candidate will be available Monday-Friday 8 am-8 pm and Saturdays 8 am-5 pm.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include
Managing and maintaining customer information databases while providing product and service information, processing customer transactions and resolving customer inquiries on the first call.
Contribute to customer satisfaction through resolution of customer service requests while meeting individual and team productivity goals.
Support customer questions regarding their extended service plan contract
Support Whirlpool Service Network regarding service dispatch questions
Provide assistance to Team Advisors on special projects as assigned.
Inbound contacts via multiple channels - phone, email, chat.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and computer systems.
Customer Service both internal and external
Sales for extended service plans
