If this sounds like the environment that interests you, we have the immediate need for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/PURCHASER. We will completely train you for this role, so long as you are comfortable working on a computer, pay close attention to detail and dependable.
Specific responsibilities include:
ORDERS: Create sales orders in QuickBooks, arrange freight pick-ups, prepare customer invoices
PURCHASING: Run inventory reports, issue purchase orders, reconcile invoices and approve for payment
GENERAL OFFICE: Answer/transfer phones, process payroll from time cards, enter bank deposits, send literature, process mail and filiing
Full time employment includes holiday pay, vacation benefits, health insurance and 401(k).
Compensation commensurate with experience.
