Position Summary:
Execute design and layout within the brand for creative, promotional, and marketing materials such as marketing collateral, presentations, logos, brochures, and print/web advertisements. Handle aspects of production and deliver press ready files to printer.
Work efficiently and according to creative direction.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with various teams and internal clients to conceptualize and execute designs to support a wide variety of products, product launches, promotions, advertising, direct marketing, corporate brand initiatives, and events
· Develop and manage design projects including the implementation of brochures, mailers, email marketing, trade show graphics, online banner ads and email campaigns, and print advertising
· Work individually and as part of cross functional teams to plan, analyze and recommend creative techniques and executions, using color, images, typography, photography, illustrations, materials, and various layout techniques
· Maintain high productivity and accuracy, while completing assignments in a timely manner
· Manipulate and reformat photographic images for use in different environments (print, online); retouch product images to ensure color accuracy and consistency of lighting, drop shadows, backgrounds
Position Skills, Education and Experience required:
· Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), Keynote and PowerPoint. Knowledge of web design and html, html 5, and Digital publishing a plus
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Art, Design, Graphic Arts, or related field. Experience determined by portfolio rather than length of time in the field
