Immediate openings are available on Blue (days) and Green (evening) shift at Michigan Automotive Compressor Incorporated (MACI). We are filling positions in these departments as they become available:
- Assembly
- Quality inspection
- Machine operator
- Warehouse
- Production control
- Janitorial
- Die Cast

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees)
- 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience strongly preferred
- Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
- Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass a background check
Physical demands and abilities may include:
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Must have good eye-hand coordination
Schedule:
- Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
- Average 8-10 hours each day
