As a crucial member of the marketing leadership team, together we will enable our customers to accelerate production, improve product quality, make process decisions faster, and protect their brands!
Senior Product Marketing Manager will own all upstream marketing functions for GxP services ; service product management, service marketing, collations with product marketing teams, and integration of digital innovation into your service portfolio.
You will also influence other functions, including R&D, Field Service, and Operations, to ensure we meet our yearly marketing, booking, revenue, and growth targets. Our success will come from your work ethic, eye for business, relationship-building skills, understanding of key markets, and passion to drive a distributed team to achieve ambitious targets.
What will you do?
Own the P&L for the service product line and are responsible for execution of initiatives to drive growth and profitability including service product mix management, customer experience, operational efficiency projects, and driving business-case for new service development.
Own the product roadmap and are accountable for overall offer management from concept through to discontinuation.
Define pivotal initiatives to improve results and deliver growth.
Deliver monthly updates to the business unit and divisional leadership on progress towards annual operating plan goals and strategic priorities.
Develop business cases to encourage investment in new services, or initiatives to achieve growth in exciting new or adjacent markets.
Directly lead, develop, and provide direction to a cross-functional team
You will honor commitments and strive for positive professional relationships with subordinates, peers, and senior leadership.
Work in partnership with our downstream marketing and regional marketing organization to implement campaigns that deliver awareness and demand for your products.
Success is measured based on bookings, customer-allegiance score (CAS), revenue, vitality, and profitability.
How will you get here?
Education
Experience
5 + years of product marketing/product management experience (product or service) in B2B technology marketing role required.
Flexibility to global remote-working patterns (global calls and travel) required. This will require varied hours to meet customer needs.
Experience working in a matrix structured organization required.
Experience influencing a global commercial, operations, and service team required.
Experience with customers operating in a regulated environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the qualification/calibration/validation market.
A solid understanding of relevant markets and key drivers
Ability to travel up to 40%
