A self-starter that is open to receiving direction and input from multiple sources
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Communications preferred or Associates Degree and equivalent experience, including leadership, required.
Minimum of two years’ experience in Benefits Administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of proficiency and familiarity with computer software including Windows and Excel, Crystal Reporting, Payroll Software and other spreadsheet/reporting applications.
Maintains a continued level of education through seminars, classes, social media, etc.
Needs excellent math skills and is able to review reports and analyze them for errors before sending out information
Must have interviewing skills to help with the hiring process
