EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or a combination of at least two (2) years of college or three (3) years of work experience in any, or a combination of, the following areas: human services, education, marketing, sales, human services, job development, or personnel placement. A Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred. Additional years of experience from one of the above areas can substitute for education beyond a High School diploma at a ratio of two (2) years of work experience to one (1) year of college. This position requires Career Development Facilitator (CDF) Certification and Career & Life/Family-Centered Coaching training/certification within one year of hire. Must be a self- starter, very organized, and highly flexible. Must possess the ability to work with individual customers and handle groups of customers in a classroom type setting.
Strong knowledge of educational computer software and business computer applications is an integral part of this position. In addition, excellent written and oral communication and public speaking skills are required. Bilingual proficiency preferred, fluent in both English and Spanish. Must be a self-starter, very organized, and highly flexible.
