The Global Omni-Channel Development Lead runs the programmatic execution, alignment, and acceleration between Citrix CSA/CSP/GSI partners and Citrix ecosystem partners.In this role you will be responsible for both strategic and operational efforts which include ensuring alignment and execution between sales, channel, and ecosystem partners to deliver a consistent, streamlined, and repeatable approach to Omni-channel engagement. This role will partner across multiple organizations to build, improve, and operationalize the GTM approach. This role can be in based anywhere in the United States.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and communicate GTM strategies to reduce channel friction and improve efficiency with ecosystem partners
- Identify and implement pan-geo channel standard methodologies
- Drive efficiencies and standardization in channel and ecosystem engagement across all geos
- Modernizing the partner commercial models that we take to market
- Be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of the existing programs to determine growth potential of existing partners and how to best grow the relationships or in some cases restructure relationships that are not profitable and/or lack sufficient growth potential (in conjunction with program management).
- Identify and remove complexity for partners across all geo's regarding Omni channel engagement
- Align Alliance and marketplace strategic imperatives to channel competencies and vice versa
- Embrace Citrix corporate culture and increase employee engagement within own team and beyond
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and
- Minimum 5 years of prior proven experience;
- Up to 50% travel required
