| - Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to the EVS Department.
- Compiles basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary (Service request logs, product usage, turn times, etc.).
- Receives and responds to routine correspondence and customer requests following established departmental procedures not requiring management review.
- Use of MiChart, Microsoft Excel and word

- Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
- High school education or equivalent and 4 years of experience
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Typing skills of 60 WPM
- Proficient with Aspect, MiChart and with Visio or Smartsheets
- Excellent attendance record
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
