Position Title: Electronic Services Representative I
Reports To: Electronic Services Manager
General Purpose:
Electronic Services job duties include but are not limited to: Wire processing, Online and Mobile Banking, CDARS/ICS and Treasury Management solutions which include Cash Management, Remote Deposit Capture, EPS Web payments.
Responsibilities:
- Input and verification of wire transfer requests.
- Input/verification of Online Banking enrollments.
- Input/verification of CDARS/ICS
- Input/verification AFT and EFT requests
- Fraud monitoring through Yellowhammer/Cyota.
- Set up and support for Treasury Management products.
- Assist with Treasury Management annual audits.
- Phone and email support for internal and external customers.
- Additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 6 months of banking experience
- Advanced knowledge of our Online Banking products via desktop and various mobile devices
- Basic knowledge of Silverlake, Xperience, Synergy and 4|Sight Research systems
Skills
- Knowledgeable in the following: Excel, Word, PDF
- Capable of troubleshooting various types of electronic devices
- Must be well organized and pay extreme attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment while still delivering great customer service
