Description
Design User Interface as part of financial online banking team for both mobile apps and desktop web applications. The UI Designer will have an eye for clean and efficient design and possess the passion, mindset and patience to create great user experiences and will take high-level product requirements and translate those into intuitive and detailed UI specifications that will be handed off to the team's developers to implement.
Duties
Collaborate with management and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers
Bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Do research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Requirements
Proven UI experience
Demonstrable UI design skills with a portfolio
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user & process, site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Excellent visual design skills
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
