Business Development Manager, Cars Through the Door - Collision Industry
Where the Chemistry Happens
We are seeking a professional like you to serve as Business Development Manager to work with our customers in Michigan and Indiana. You would reside in Metro Detroit. You will work with strategic collision center customers to develop their business growth and profitability. You will work across the BASF organization to support the development of new value-added tools/services, new business proposals, and strategic business plans to increase revenues and profits focused on strategic account growth and retention.
Travel for this role is expected to be approximately 50% or more within your assigned geographic territory. Most travel will have you home each night.
Formula for Success
Leveraging your education, business project management and 7-10 years experience in the automotive refinish industry, you will build relationships with strategic customers.
Your strong customer focus will be evident as you travel to customer sites at least 50% of the time.
Your background in positioning business solutions for commercial success and your self-starter approach will be essential as you remain motivated by the challenge of successfully growing the Automotive Refinish business.
Demonstrating your excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, you will manage conflict with the customer.
