PM Environmental is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Oak Park, Michigan Field Services team. The Maintenance Technician will coordinate and/or conduct various facilities and vehicle maintenance tasks in support of the Field Services team and other staff assigned to PM’s Oak Park and Berkley offices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain vehicle and equipment inventory and maintenance records. Coordinate and/or conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and equipment.
Maintain field service supplies, including monitoring inventory, ordering, and organizing for team use. Purchases to replenish to approved levels, within authorized budget.
Perform routine building maintenance and warehouse cleaning tasks, and coordinate for any contracted services (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Performs general cleaning and other tasks in the Oak Park and Berkley facilities.
Other duties as assigned.
