A growing injection molding company is in search of full-time Prep/Trimmers to join our team. The right candidate must demonstrate an eagerness to grow with a world class organization.
We are seeking experienced Prep/Trimmers for a plastic injection molding manufacturer. Job entails trimming and sanding plastic parts with basic quality control. The individual should possess good basic math skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and basic computer skills. Good communication skills are needed to interact with team members in multiple production areas. We are looking for someone with reliable transportation, and resourceful in resolving problems. Candidates must have open availability during the week and weekends, and welcome overtime.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Plastics industry experience preferred (trimming, deburring plastic parts)
Previous use of air tools (hand sander, bizzer)
Previous use of hand tools (utility knife, trimmers)
Lean Manufacturing - 5S
Self-directed/motivated
Works well with others with a great attitude
Work OT/Weekends and shift assigned
Preferred HS / GED
Undergo and background check/physical and drug screen
Reliable Transportation
$0.75/hr Shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift
