The Warehouse Management Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting Mopar’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) – DView throughout NAFTA region, 24 by 7. Responsibilities will include monitoring weekly metrics and provide guidance to enable improvement in the metrics, troubleshooting (WMS) issues, participating in training and the creation of data related reports. This individual will also support vendors on the development and testing of new enhancements and bug fixes, which will include the creation of test and launch plan. The applicant will require expensive knowledge of SQL, understand of relational databases, strong decision-making skills and be able to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization.
•Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum of 1 year of experience working with SQL (Structured Query Language)
•Must be available/willing to work 24/7(day and night), weekends, and extended weekday hours
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong skills with written and oral Communication, Leadership Planning, and team Building
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Business Administration
•Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
•Experience working in customer service
•Ability to identify problems and implement solutions quickly with minimal amount of input from end users
