The Mopar Supply Chain Summer Vacation Replacement is a temporary salaried bargaining unit position within the Mopar Service Parts organization, in the supplier management and customer service department. The successful candidate will provide support to the department and will be responsible for tracking and follow-up of parts through the Mopar supply chain. The scope of this position includes managing material releases being sent to the supply base, communicating with FCA suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts, and resolving issues (internal and supplier) that may be causing supplier shipment delays. Other responsibilities include providing up-to-date information to Mopar customers (dealers) on parts inquiries and working closely with the customer care call center to provide parts availability information. This position requires a high level of quality customer service focus and attention to detail.
•Minimum of a sophomore status working towards the completion of a Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Packaging Engineering or Applied Engineering program
•Minimum of 1 year of customer service related experience in any field
•Proficient at Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
•Demonstrated ability to problem solve and ability to effectively work in a team environment
