We are in a period of exciting growth and looking for sales professionals to join our team. We are looking for strong talent at our THREE Metro Detroit Locations -- Pontiac, Hazel Park, and Detroit.
We need individuals with strong sales skills including the ability to:
Demonstrate and sell merchandise ranging from fine jewelry to electronics to home furnishings
Complete sales transactions (credit card, cash, layaway, consumer financing)
Process customer applications for in-house financing
Keep showroom area stocked, clean, and uncluttered.
Receive, check, and shelve inventory as it comes from the warehouse, vendors, or other sources.
Assist the General Manager in confirming location of inventory and accounting for merchandise.
Cross-train in other areas including processing pawn loans, ecommerce, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of retail experience.
Basic math skills to count, add, and subtract.
Interpersonal skills to deal with all personality types in a friendly, courteous, and polite manner.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing retail environment.
Self-direction and motivation
Strong organizational and time management skills.
