What does a great Sr. Technical Business Analyst do?
The Technical Business Analyst has responsibility for ensuring quality design and delivery of DNA Loan related projects and maintenance items focused in the Banking and Credit Union Lending area. They are responsible for developing business and technical requirements from requests received from Banking and Credit Union customers. They serve as primary contact to direct resources and activities within the Fiserv organizations as it relates to requirements gathering, client updates, and delivery.

As a Senior Business Analysis, you can look forward to:
Creation of Scope of Work Documents
Document a clear definition of the business problem from the prospect/customer
Document the business and technical requirements to resolve the business problem
Communicate the requirements and resolution
Basic Skills & Qualifications for Consideration
Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
8+ Years of Banking background...specifically in the Lending and Loan Operation area
Experience conducting preliminary evaluation and estimations for new product requests
Experience in writing requirement documents for application development
Ability to write high quality requirements that are easily consumable by the application team.
Can display strong teamwork and communication skills
Review peer requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are aligned with the business objectives per the client request.
Preferred Qualifications for consideration
Experience reviewing and understanding business process around all of the client bank's modifications
Experience conducting preliminary evaluation and estimation for new project requests.
Experience assisting or leading in root cause analysis of issues, in order to recommend product enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity.
Experience utilizing systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner. Experience providing financial or operational business related analysis and research to support business goals
Experience working with the DNA Loan Package
Experience working with Investor Loans, Freddie Mac and Escrow AnalysisTravel Required: 0% travel required at this time. Possible travel once travel restrictions are lifted, but very rare.
