Dematic has a need for an Senior Collaboration Services Engineer-Microsoft 365 Messaging, to be based out of the AMCS or western EMEA regions. The Collaboration Services Team at Dematic is responsible for all Microsoft 365 applications and 3rd party collaboration tools. In this position, the role will be expected to provide senior level operational support and knowledge of Exchange, Teams, and other messaging-related components. This role assists in ensuring the stable operation and maintenance of the entire Microsoft 365 environment. Also, this role will require customer and end-user interaction on technical and functional items in all levels of the company.
Essential Role and Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and support for Microsoft 365 messaging components both on-premise and O365
Provide expert guidance and support for Microsoft 365 messaging threat configuration and research (EOP, ATP, etc.).
Ensure operational standards are followed, documented, and improved as needed to best support the platforms.
Contribute to the analysis, prioritization and development of change requests, upgrades and patches, and maintenance actions and assure appropriate coordination, communication, documentation and approval
Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilizing waterfall, agile and Kanban project management methodologies
Provides functional and technical assistance to users in all levels of the company

Qualification Requirements
Experience: Generally, requires 8+ years' experience in a similar role
Certifications: ITIL, Six Sigma certifications preferred
Experience with concepts, practices, and procedures of Microsoft Technologies including:
Exchange Online
Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019
Microsoft Teams
Experience with the following technologies are a plus:
Microsoft Teams telephony
SharePoint Online
InTune/Conditional Access/MFA
OneDrive
Office Productivity Suite
Other O365 offerings such as Stream and Yammer
O365 app integration
Senior-level experience with PowerShell in an Microsoft 365 environment.
Firm understanding of the interdependencies and support of Exchange Online
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study: Management Information Systems or Computer Information System
Must be very detail oriented and possess strong written/verbal communication skills and documentation skills.
