Shift: 7:00a-3:00p, 3:00pm-11:00pm, 11:00pm-7:00am
Schedule: Flexible to Full-Time available; weekend and holiday rotations required

Job Summary
The Care Partner will provide care to the residents living in the Meadowlark Household. The primary responsibility of the Care Partner is to assist residents with the three plagues of loneliness, helplessness and boredom by providing companionship, providing assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs as required, in a manner that promotes a positive, high quality life. Duties will include food preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry and light housekeeping.
The Care Partner is a member of a consistently assigned, self-organized work team and is responsible for interacting with all team members in a manner that is respectful and collaborative. Each work team member is responsible for coordinating aspects of the team’s work.

Required Qualifications
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages, especially the geriatric population
- Must be CPR Certified
- All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, TB screen at time of hire and verification of professional licensure, if applicable. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or agreement to participate in weekly Covid testing and/or approved exemption is required.
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience providing direct care in a Retirement Community or similar setting.
