Responsibilities/Scope of Work
* New Employee Indoctrination support
* WHMIS assessment and program management
* Distribution of Safety material to field locations
* Documentation management of safe driver program
* Documentation management and general filing
* Other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager
Qualifications/Skills
* Community college diploma and safety related course and experience
* Construction background is an asset.
* Ability to communicate in written effectively
* Ability to work with limited supervision, individually and as a member of a team
* Familiar with database applications and collaborative workspaces
* Require experience and enhanced knowledge of MS Office Suite programs including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Effective communication and influence skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
