Direct Care Worker
We are looking for hardworking, reliable, dedicated caring direct care staff to work in a residential group home setting. Full Time/ Part Time positions available.
Educational Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Department of Mental Health Training Certification
Direct Care Certification (Training provided if necessary)
CPR/FIRST AID Training
Requirements:
Physical and TB
Valid Driver License
Background check
Must be punctual
Must be willing to learn and able to accept direction
Must work one weekend day per month
Minimum pay $15.20 per hour

Responsibilities:
Efficiency and thoroughness of assigned duties and a willingness to perform duties on a continuous basis. Show tact and diplomacy in contact with individuals served, visitors, and co-workers. Must be familiar with company regulations and policies. Employee attendance records must be satisfactory, neatness and personal cleanliness to be of high standards. Utilize good judgment in providing consumer care and safety. Respect and protect the Individuals Served rights as outlined in the Mental Health Code.
