ABOUT YOU
Required:
- 10+ years' of professional work experience
- Bachelors' degree
- Leadership skills with a proven track record in managing sales and cross functional teams
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to develop talent within the Region
- Demonstrates excellent organization skills
- Effective Communication with both internal team members and customer management is necessary to build trust and credibility
- A 'Change Agent' who brings focus, purpose, and agility to motivate others to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Ability to work with internal and external customers in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small, and large group, with peers, direct reports and senior leaders
- Ability to orchestrate and prioritize multiple activities at once to accomplish Company goals
- An ability to understand, develop and utilize analytics is critical
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM system
- Travel required for this position will be between 60-70%.
- Relocation is not provided.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred:
- 5+ years' of relevant management experience
- Experience managing a remote sales team
- Automotive aftermarket experience
- Knowledge of Power Transmission or Fluid Power products
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud
