Description Manage physical, mechanical testing, design and development for all program areas. Direct the Physical laboratories, Assure that the laboratory meets all corporate requirements for QA and QC , Assist in Laboratory fiscal review and budgeting processes. Develop a competent workforce, direct laboratory capabilities development, ensure efficient and timely productivity. Direct the planning and development of new and innovative testing services.
Qualifications Qualifications
Bachelors of Science required, Advanced degree preferred - (PE License)
10+ years of experience
Must be fluent in English
A minimum of five years people leadership (supervisory) experience.
A minimum of three years of relevant laboratory experience.
Knowledge and understanding of laboratory operations, safety, QA, laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and testing procedures.
Experience in continuous improvement principles, tools and techniques.
Strong team leadership and demonstrated ability to motivate staff.
