Utilize your interpersonal and service skills while interacting with member in this frontline position! CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a full time Member Service Representative for our Iron River office. This position will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of all departments, perform different tasks each day, and work with a great organization to serve your community!
- Provide members with professional, high quality service
- Provide members with accurate information regarding credit union products and services and refer the member to the appropriate person or department if unable to provide the member with information requested
- Process transactions to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner
- Open accounts and process consumer loans to ensure members are well served and to best meet organizational goals and objectives
This individual will work a varied schedule including working multiple Saturdays per month.
- High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working in a financial institution or service or sales related capacity
- Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows programs
- Detailed knowledge of the credit union and its services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
- Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance and have proper business telephone etiquette
- Exhibits above average performance accuracy, productivity and member service
