The Cyber Security organization is comprised of Cyber Services, Cyber Defense and Vehicle & Mobility Security, that work together to ensure the enterprise is secure and enables a connected digital business. Cyber Security is a rapidly evolving area, wherein we continuously evaluate, assess and plan to address the changing landscape.
What you'll be able to do:
The Cyber Security organization is seeking an individual to handle the planning activities for the organization globally. This position collaborates with Cyber Security department members globally at all levels, OCIO Finance and Business o?ces, IT Operation and others. You will:
Work with Cyber Security management providing support with: Manage Cyber Security ?nancials and headcount forecasting. Reconcile actuals to forecast on a monthly basis and coordinate with the OCIO Finance and Business O?ce
Coordinate Cyber Security Department annual business planning and budget setting processes
Provide regular status updates to the Cyber Security leadership team in weekly sta? meetings
Lead the department MCRP completion, business continuity plans and employee corporate compliance training
Lead the consolidation of the monthly Business Review (BR) deck for Cyber Security
Manage the departmental SharePoint site (Cyber Security) to facilitate collaboration within the team
Track key documentation for accuracy and proper retention
Coordinate ad hoc assignments that affect all LL4 teams in the Cyber Security organization
The minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor's Degree
2 or more years of experience with ?nancial and headcount management
2 or more years of project management experience
2 or more years of budget process and planning experience
1 or more years of experience with SharePoint site management and administration
Our preferred requirements:
Experience using Ariba
Experience in MCRP process
Proven ability to 'own working together' with global team
Passion for building functional and technical excellence
Accountability for ensuring process discipline globally
