Position Summary
Responsible for menu development and food preparation, trains and supervises employees in food preparation and assists in evaluating staff.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Degree equivalent
Experience - 5 years of relevant experience in in related field
Licenses -
ServSafe Manager Certification 90 Days
ServSafe Allergen Certification 90 Days
Preferred Qualifications:
Education - Vocational / Technical or equivalent in Vocational courses in food preparation Degree in Culinary Arts
Experience - 2 years of relevant experience in food preparation in a health care facility 1 year of relevant experience in supervisory
