Overview:
This position is responsible for supporting the design, development, planning, implementation, and delivery of executive compensation, sales compensation, and/or broad based compensation programs across the Company in support of business objectives.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and 5 or more years of experience.
Experience working with Compensation required.
Experience working for a publicly held company preferred.
*Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Compensation Analyst / Partner position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Compensation Analyst / Partner is $150,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
