- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of applicable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in accounting and operational software: Great Plains, SalesForce, Avalara, CertCapture, Quickbooks
- Strong computer skills including data entry, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, copier, adding machine
- Strong team player with both interpersonal and written communication skills to successfully overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Results oriented focus with the ability to get things done and the ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, asset allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations, legal codes and precedents of accounting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing including strategies for accurate and timely job costing.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
- Knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, sales tax and banking.
- Critical Thinking – use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Judgment and Decision Making – ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate.
- Problem-Solving – identify solutions to complex problems by reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Attention to Detail – ability to focus and maintain a high level of accuracy despite interruptions and shift of work tasks.
