Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Technician to join our IT team. This full-time, exempt position is responsible for assisting with the deployment, support, and maintenance of network, compute, and storage infrastructure. The Network Technician will play a key role in supporting both long-term infrastructure design and day-to-day operations of live environments.

This is a multi-disciplinary role that supports the development, testing, and operation of systems and products, while ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in deploying, supporting, and maintaining network, compute, and storage infrastructure.
• Perform software and hardware upgrades on switches, routers, firewalls, SANs, and backup systems.
• Support data center environments, including servers, storage, and networking components.
• Provide support for development, testing, and production environments.
• Assist with defining and supporting long-term network and infrastructure design.
• Support and maintain live operational environments with minimal downtime.
• Research and recommend solutions for technical issues and infrastructure improvements.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining organization, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with IT staff and other departments to meet organizational needs.
