As a Learning Researcher, you'll be a key part of our Learning mission, working closely with Learning and business leaders to support the development of solutions and practices that are informed by industry and scientific research. You will gather and synthesize research on topics such as leadership, performance, inclusion and collaboration, to help create innovative and evidence-based growth opportunities for EY learners.

Your key responsibilities
We'll look to you tosupport Design Lab and Americas Learning team members with research that supports learning creation and delivery. In concert with Senior Researchers, Learning Solutions Architects and Learning Designers, you will aid in the development of overall course architectures, definition of learning objectives, and creation of learning support materials. You will also help to analyze and synthesize key insights from internal EY research (e.g., data generated by EY learners), and create compelling presentations for internal stakeholders.

Skilled at creatively sourcing relevant research from a variety of sources
Able to synthesize large bodies of research into digestible summaries or presentations
Able to present research to non-scientific audiences in a way that connect and engages
Able to effectively manage a portfolio of work, communicate clearly regarding deliverables, collaborate with colleagues in a variety of roles
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of related work experience
Experience conducting research using secondary sources (e.g., academic journals, industry publications)
Knowledge of scientific best practices (including data reporting and citation)
Knowledge of project management practices and tools
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to assert own ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues
Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
