Assisting customers with questions and supplying them with timely information. Responsible for monitoring the status of purchase orders and tracking them n an Excel spreadsheet. Produce all paperwork for new jobs.

We are seeking an individual with an outgoing, friendly disposition. Must have previous customer service experience in an office setting. Ability to multi-task is a must in our high-pressured environment so deadlines can be met. The right candidate will be extremely organized and able to monitor numerous projects at one time. Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
