Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
Cambria is looking for a candidate in Lansing, Michigan area who is willing to learn the business and wants the opportunity to build their own territory in Home Depot stores!
Successful candidates must reside in the Lansing area, be able to work out of their home and call on customers throughout their assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and action plans for each Home Depot store and individual designer.
- Work with your manager, establish and execute an overall territory call frequency based on the collection of market intelligence, individual store volume and opportunity to maximize efficiency and meet assigned sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce as the primary tool for managing territory business including; strategy, personality profiles, sales history, trend identification and future sales call planning.
- Conduct both formal and informal training sessions focused on Cambria’s craftsmanship, performance and service to increase designer confidence and promote sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Channel Sales management to drive sales.
- Maintain acceptable in-store Cambria merchandising standards and take immediate action to resolve any issues.
- Develop positive and sustained relationships with kitchen designers, store managers, specialty assistant store managers, department managers and installation coordinators.
- Provide standardized monthly reporting to field sales leadership focusing on performance to plan, market updates, key initiatives, success stories, current obstacles and suggestions.
- Collaborate and communicate respectfully and professionally with customers, co-workers, contractors, management, department team members and outside agencies.
- Effectively communicate and present product knowledge presentations.
Job Requirements- Must be able to travel and hold a valid Driver’s License

Minimum Requirements:
Education: 2-year college degree, 4-year degree preferred or commensurate experience
Experience: Two years of experience preferred but not necessary in business, sales, marketing or interior design
Systems: Google Suites, Microsoft Office Suites, Salesforce preferred, Concur
Travel Requirements: Travel to customers, Home Depot stores, tradeshows, associations and trips to Minnesota for training as needed
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and tradeshow materials
