Albion College invites applications for the Enrollment Services Technology Officer (ESTO) position. We are especially interested in candidates who will contribute to a campus climate that supports equity and diversity. Reporting to the VPEM & Strategic Initiatives, the ESTO provides professional and technical leadership and management of the enrollment information systems. The ESTO will prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to translate enrollment services business needs into finished business systems. Albion College is an anti-racist institution. Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Computer Science or IT-related major, minor, or coursework required. Comparable work experience may be considered in place of education. Equivalent credentials, licensures, training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job will be considered
- Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational database experience is required
- Programming experience with SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JAVA required
- Experience with Higher Education Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Banner by Ellucian strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Slate), report writers (ARGOS), data query tools (DataGrip), revision control software (GIT) preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Social media management experience a plus, but not required
