GatorBar Production Specialists & Shift Lead
Neuvokas Corporation manufacturers GatorBar; an industry leading, fiber-based composite rebar concrete reinforcement. Manufacturing from within a century’s old, re-purposed mining building in Ahmeek, MI, Neuvokas is uniquely located within Michigan’s beautiful Copper Country. Since being introduced to the market in 2014, GatorBar has become the product leader in composite rebar concrete reinforcement for flatwork, foundations/footings and stem walls. Unprecedented growth has created an opportunity for Production Specialists (all shifts) and Shift Leads (weekend night) positions.
Current starting rate for Production Specialist opportunities begin at $17.00 per hour with shift differentials of up to $5.00/hr for nights and weekend days and nights. Shift Lead wages are dependent upon experience. Overtime is typically plentiful for those desiring it. Take home pay results in an approximate wage of $19.00 per hour with further opportunity toward $24.00 per hour under a production incentive program. Currently, Neuvokas operates four (2 day and 2 night) 12-hour shifts, Monday thru Thursday and four (2 day and 2 night) 12-hour shifts, Friday thru Sunday. Advancement opportunities exist for the right individuals.
