Job Summary
Responsible for the planning, development and management of assigned direct-operated
BABH clinical programs and oversight of assigned contracted services available in Bay and
Arenac Counties. Reviews clinical performance including ensuring timely access to services,
effectiveness of treatment and clinical appropriateness of treatment. Also responsible for
coordinating the program elements operating within the catchment area to assure continuity
of care and the efficient use of financial, clinical and other resources. Operating elements of
the Board’s direct operated and contracted consumer services programs will be accountable
to this position which, in turn, will be accountable to the Chief Executive Office.
Qualifications
Possession of at least a Master’s Degree in a clinical field related to mental health, with
current license appropriate to the field of study. A minimum of eight years of progressively
responsible professional experience in the field of training and supervision of mental health
professionals and administration of mental health services.

Possession of at least a Master’s Degree in the field of management relevant to the
administration of a community mental health program, i.e., hospital administration, public
administration and institution management. A minimum of eight years of progressively
responsible professional experience in the management of social programs
Pay Range
Salary range of $81,626 – $97,995 per hour based on licensure plus exceptional fringes
including employer sponsored training, pension and insurance.
