The Impact You Will Make:
Associate Product Managers are responsible for being the voice of the client in creating and defining product and services capabilities. This function includes client interviews, sales support and marketing. This is a highly visible role that works closely with development, sales, sales engineering, marketing and other cross functional teams. Recommend and execute the roadmap. This is a remote position.
In This Role You Will:
Develop product requirements based on feedback and input from clients, partners, and client facing internal stakeholders.
Deliver best in class user experience (UX)
Develop business case requirements and recommendations for prioritization of services development
Maintain competitive intelligence for assigned product and services categories, benefits & target personas
Develop and implement services and services capabilities while maintaining or enhancing operational excellence
Create wireframes and pretotypes to clearly explain and acquire feedback on user experience
Create and execute service delivery support elements for Operations and for external client in guarantee an excellent experience
Complete any project/program management work as needed to support the Product and Marketing organizations
Competencies You Bring:
3 years relevant experience
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment
Excellent presentation skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in B2B Product Management
Experience in technology or services industry
Experience in Cybersecurity & SaaS
Experience creating business cases
Bachelor's Degree
