Position Title: Access Center Representative
****Please note this is a temporary short-term assignment with Part time and Full time shifts available on Days, Afternoons, Midnights and Weekends****
General Summary: Under general direction, provides support to the call center that handles large volumes of incoming calls from customer's employees requesting COVID-19 screening protocol. Will answer questions to determine disposition and process for client's employees to follow. Will document outcome into various computer systems and provide direction and high level of service to this employee group.
Essential Duties:
1. Requires excellent communication skills. Ensures that customers receive exceptional service through direct interaction and communication.
2. Provides employees with direction on next steps based on following the screening protocol.
3. Documents updates in several different systems based on the outcome of the screening call.
4. Strong computer skills necessary to maintain spreadsheets and data entry into various systems.
5. Requires strong interpersonal skills to be able to connect and understand the needs of customers.
6. Must be able to multi-task while speaking with the customers to properly document the outcome of the process followed and recommendation.
7. Critical thinking skills, ability to multitask and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
Standard Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 year related experience in healthcare, customer service or call center experience; or currently enrolled in coding or clinical educational program.
Other Qualifications: Must possess strong oral communication skills (good voice quality, grammar, and articulation). Strong computer skills a must. Strong listening skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Multi-task oriented. Excellent telephone etiquette and etiquette.
