CHE - Shift 2b (3P-11P) 12.5% (United States of America - Michigan)WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Observe continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary
- Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments
- Position and secure work pieces on machines to regulate pressure, speed rates, temperature, feed rates, and to set cycle times
- Support quality and compliance by utilizing One Orchid global processes and complying with all Quality Management Systems (QMS) documentation requirements and establishing/supporting plan(s) to meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality that support Safety, Compliance, Six Sigma Quality, On-Time Delivery (OTD) and financial objectives.
