Filing, drafting, and mailing letters. Ability to quickly learn office procedures. Experience with data entry. Ability to communicate effectively with public over the phone. Ability to compose and mail form letters in Word. Ability to answer technical questions over the phone using scripted answers. KTE responsible for parking downtown Lansing. Schedule 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm Data entry test required. No resume review. LEO information sheet and background authorization required.
