Qualifications
CRM Strategy and Analytics Manager will lead in-depth data analysis to understand customer behavior and make business recommendations to enhance and improve effectiveness of CRM and Marketing programs to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities include:
Strategy & Analytics:
Manage all aspects of CRM campaigns: setup, measurement & analysis. Oversee the Reporting and Analytics team at the CRM AOR and provide observations, insight and recommendations to stakeholders based on the following responsibilities:
Lead Strategic Deep Dives to support Brand and Corporate Objectives
Audience Profile & Demographic Analysis
Market Trends and Opportunity Analysis
Cross-Platform Marketing Strategies (CRM, Media, Tier II & III Integration)
Leverage IHS-POLK LAT APS Dashboards for ad hoc information requests
Establish benchmarks and yearly objectives for CRM campaigns, based on historical data and campaign inputs
Oversee Audience Strategy, Control Groups and A/B Test Plans for Campaign Audiences & Creative Evaluation of Campaign Performance based on Email, Website; Sales Match (Buy Rate/Lift; Control versus Treated) Metrics
Oversee Quarterly, Campaign Specific and ad hoc CRM Performance Reporting to Brand / Sales Stakeholders
Analysis of Prospect Vendor Performance
Responsible for Incentive Budget tracking and Incentive requests
Customer Data Platform (CDP):
Drive the adoption and use of CDP process across Digital and Marketing strategies
Review, enhance and optimize audience segmentation leveraging FCA 1st Party Data
Partner with Marketing counterparts to drive a holistic owner marketing data strategy across FCA data points (COIN- Customer Owner Information Network, Service Marketing Data base, media etc.)
Vendor Management:
Approval and maintenance of Urban Science Models (In-market, Loyalty, Affinity, etc.) to ensure quality and effectiveness
Oversight of IHS-Polk Brand & Nameplate Loyalty Reports, including but not limited to:
In-flows / Outflows
Loyalty Scoring & Trending
Conquest & Defection
Source of Sales
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5 years combined work experience
Proficient with MS Office, Google suite, Qlik Sense (or similar) and SFMC (or similar)
Experience in analytic dashboard use for data administration & business intelligence
Knowledge of CRM campaign setup, optimization and reporting; audience segmentation, audience development
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with IHS Polk and Automotive Industry Standards
Business or industry experience is required as this job requires a blend of keen technical skills, business acumen and customer service
