Quality Inn of Ironwood has an opening for a Front Desk Agent on the overnight shift.
Will train the right candidate but knowledge of computers is helpful.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel, answering phone calls, customer inquiries, small maintenance issues, cleaning, stocking, laundry and other related hotel duties.
Required Skills: Must be able to provide superior customer service, previous hotel front desk experience preferred, computer knowledge including word and excel, organizational and communication skills, dependability, may be required to stand for extended periods of time, able to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Hours and shifts will vary.
