Job Purpose
Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Delivery Driver will provide exceptional customer service through the prompt and efficient delivery of parts to our customers.
Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Pay: $15.20 - $22.18 (Depending on Experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pull daily delivery order from inventory at branch, loads delivery truck
Performs manual material handling of parts for delivery to/from branches and customer sites
Operates industrial lift truck and pallet jack
Performs all pre trip truck inspections, fuels vehicles
Drives delivery van or parts vehicle throughout 8 hour shift up to 25 stops
Do paperwork with bill of ladings and put mail together.
Work with Parts Counter person to handle credits and returns.
When delivering parts to customers, be able to transport the part from vehicle to requested customer location in building.
Push or pull pallet jack to move parts to the requested location in customer's building.
All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot the flow of traffic and road conditions.
Ability to adhere to established safe driving guidelines.
Valid chauffeur's license and federal medical card.
Dependable and reliable attendance required.
Ability to lift 75 lbs.
Physical and mental demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach overhead and climb stairs throughout the parts warehouse and stand for extended periods of time. The employee is frequently required to use a phone, personal computer, copier, and printer/scanners. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally help lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities are required. Employee is required to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods of time and travel frequently from the office to customer sites. Employees are occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.

Continuous: Wearing of safety glasses, gloves and steel-toe shoes
Occasional: Work near moving mechanical equipment and loud noise, Exposed to fumes or airborne particles
